Mental health should not be a taboo subject or a rushed intervention. Each person responds differently to life events.

There should be no shame or stigma in sharing feelings and looking for help. I am here to help you find your balance and the correct treatment to regain yourself and succeed in life.

I strive to offer excellent and individualized treatment (including medications and therapy) because each client is a unique individual who deserves understanding and is treated with dignity and respect. Suppose you are feeling sad and anxious, with mood swings, insomnia, and poor motivation, or diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder.

In such a case, you are in the right place. My goal is to hear you and work with you to set up goals, the right medications, and therapy, while you are actively involved in your care. A better you starts with better mental health, and you are taking the first step in this matter. Remember that you are worth it. Take the time to focus on yourself, to grow yourself stronger and confident.
